Schneebergscharte - Egetjoch - Sieben Seen: As a varied daily tour with starting destination Schneeberg (F) very much recommended. On the hiking trail 28 not very steep through the mining terrain, but soon afterwards very steep in hairpin bends upwards to the Schneebergscharte (N) and with the same steepness downwards on the back side. Then without special difference in height further to the junction into trail 33, which comes from the Poschhaus. From here over slopes which are more or less steep and over huge lime heaps with wondeful view on the lakes below to the Egetjoch (Q). In any case one should also cross the flat high plateau (half left) to look over the basin-shaped valley with the emerald green Senner-Egeten-See (R). Additionally, one can walk the trail 33A to the Trüben See (S) and the trail 33 back to the Egetjoch. Way there (back): FN 60 (45) min., NQ 120 (120) min., QR 10 (10) min., RSQ 110 min.
